At Novo Metal Finishing Equipment we want to solve your plating problems.  That is why we make custom equipment to fit your application.  We can make barrels in almost any size length and diameter and in a variety of perf sizes.

We use a Poly Pro Knob polypropolene material on our standard barrels.  Poly Pro Knob is a dimpled material which helps turnover your parts and give the most even coating and works great with flat parts.  We can also make metal, steel or stainless steel barrels for those that are plating at high temperatures especially in Black Oxide finishing.

Have small delicate parts or sharp aggressive parts that would tear up or be damaged by customary dangler contacts?  At Novo Metal Finishing we offer our trademarked Cone Strip Plating Barrels that feature flat strips milled into the sides of the barrels that create an even contact and coating without Plating Danglers.

Need small portable barrels or large production we can do it all.  Stand alone barrel or fully turnkey barrels with motor, chasis and hanger arms yep we can do that as well.  We even have developed a battery powered unit that allows for barrel plating without the electrical hookup of a normal barrel line.
