1. What differentiates a Cone Strip Barrel from a Standard Production Barrel? • It is the same in every way except instead of Cathode Danglers, a cone is installed on one end with multiple metal strips are milled into the interior walls of the barrels
2. What are the advantages of using a Cone Strip Plating Barrel in lieu of a Production Barrel? What parts are ideal for these? • There are no danglers inside the cylinder that could entangle with or damage parts • Small delicate parts that may be damaged by the heavy metal ends of a dangler are perfect. Precious metals, small clips and components • Long parts such as chains or metal cable that could entangle with the danglers which can damage the part or dangler or might result in uneven plating • Sharp parts like razors or blades will damage and chew up danglers
